INFOS

For some it's the first time, welcome, we look forward to seeing you, others want to make sure they don't forget anything important, or maybe you have special wishes and needs. Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about the Antaris Festival and competent answers to them.

  • Box Office

Of course, we also have a box office for those who decide late. Festival tickets for €150 p.p. as well as day tickets for €50 p.p. are available there. We will also stagger the price of the festival tickets for guests who arrive later, the staggering will take effect from Saturday 12:00 p.m., prices and other times will be announced on social media shortly before the event.

Payment at the box office is only possible in cash, our internet connection is not sufficient for card payment! Please also have the €10 rubbish deposit ready.

  • Arrival

Arriving by car is the most unecological way! Over 80% of the festival's CO2 emissions are based on the arrival of the guests. If you carpool and all vehicles are occupied by four people, we save 40% according to statistics.

The destination address for the GPS is Apfelallee in 14728 Stölln, there will be signs to lead you to the festival.

The ecological alternatives are bus and train. The destination station is Rathenow or Neustadt Dosse, we offer a shuttle from both stations, more infos here: https://antaris-project.de/de/travel

  • Awareness

Our scene is colorful and diverse, we meet as humans, everyone is respected as an individual! We do not tolerate any discrimination on the premises, neither racist, nor sexual, nor gender, nor social! Sexual assaults are also absolutely unacceptable! We are a family! We're not political about that. Everyone is welcome, no matter which attitude, the collective trance experience creates new awareness!

  • Accessibility

The entire area is meadow and relatively flat. We have reserved and marked two parking and camping areas for people with disabilities. Both have a corresponding toilet in the immediate vicinity.

The accompanying person receives free admission if you can prove that you are impaired.

  • Camping and parking

The campsite opens on Thursday (22/06) morning at 9am. Camping is included in the ticket price. We kindly ask you to leave the campsite by Tuesday (June 27th) at 8 p.m., the garbage deposit will only be paid out by 4 p.m.!

Vehicles can be parked for free at the camp. Day guests are only allowed to walk onto the premises, a parking lot is available for their vehicles.

  • Showers and toilets

Half of the toilets are distributed around the campsite and the other half is in the form of paid toilets in front of the infield. The paid toilets are kept clean at all times, and a hand washing station is available there. All toilets are emptied and cleaned twice a day.

We offer free cold showers as a group shower with gender separation. We will not have shower containers this year, on the one hand for ecological reasons, since they are operated with heating oil or generators, on the other hand for cost reasons. Our statistics say that a maximum of half of our guests took a shower, which didn't cover a quarter of the costs. Our tip: Solar showers are ecological, you can get shower bags from €5.99 (https://www.fritz-berger.de/artikel/berger-solar shower-20-liter-6642), there is plenty of water.

Please use biodegradable soap/shower gel/shampoo for showering!

  • Entrance

Our gate opens on June 22, 2023 at 9 a.m. There's no way to get in earlier! This is for insurance reasons. Please don't besiege the road beforehand either, the agricultural traffic consists mainly of large machines, which would otherwise cause trouble for us.

  • First aid

The paramedics are located at the entrance to the site, very close to the ticket office. They are also there for you for small ailments such as insect bites or headaches. In an emergency, you can also contact the security, all security forces are connected by radio. Take care of each other - your well-being is important to us!

  • Food and drinks

There are a lot of food stands around the infield, which have a large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes for you. International delicacies from Swabian spaetzle to Italian pizza and Asian cuisine will spoil your palate.

You can get drinks of all kinds at moderate prices at the bars around the dance floor. Please make sure, especially when it's hot, to drink enough fluids at the dance marathon.

  • Fire

Open fire is prohibited on the entire site! The only exception are the fire bowls on the infield, but be aware with them too.

  • Photo and film recordings

Everyone is of course free to take photos and film at the festival, but please respect the personal rights of others and don't be too intrusive!

We have commissioned professional photographers and videographers. Upon entering the site, you agree to the free use of the recordings. If someone has a problem with that, contact the filmmaker/photographer.

  • Dogs

We love animals, so we cannot accept dogs coming onto the dance floor. They lose their orientation at very high volumes, and long-lasting noise destroys their ears. So please leave your four-legged friend at home.

  • Children

Children belong to the family! They are of course welcome, but we expect them to be treated responsibly. Children accompanied by their parents have free entry, if you take them to the dance floor, please make sure that they have suitable ear-protection!

  • Line Up – Timetable

The timetable will only be announced short before the festival, there may be postponements due to force majeure (e.g. flight cancellations), we try to announce them as early as possible. Please refrain from inquiries as to when your favorite act is playing, we will not answer them!

  • Lost & Found

Our lost and found office is the cash register container at the entrance, where you can hand in lost property or ask for lost items.

  • Garbage

The rubbish is a serious issue, cleaning the place has always cost us many thousands of euros, not to mention the disposal costs. We have decided to collect a garbage deposit of 10 € at the entrance, this is to be paid in cash, you want it back in cash. You get a rubbish bag and a deposit token. The filled rubbish bag is to be handed in at the exit when leaving the site with the deposit token, then the 10 € will be refunded. The garbage deposit can be paid out until Tuesday, June 27th. at 4 pm!

Please make sure that your camp is left clean, cigarette butts and bottle caps make us the most work. We want to return the place just as clean as we found it.

Respect nature – leave no traces!

  • Muttizettel – minors

Children and young people up to the age of 16 have free admission when accompanied by their parents. We expect proof of age. Young people from the age of 16 pay the full price and must be accompanied by a legal guardian. If these are not the parents, a so-called “Muttizettel” is required, more information is available here: https://muttizettel.net/

We are obliged to control the age of young people!

  • Shuttle-Bus

Infos about the shuttle-busses you find here: https://antaris-project.de/de/travel

  • Daytickets

We offer day tickets both in advance and at the box office. A day ticket is valid from 8 a.m. until 8 a.m. the next morning. It does not entitle you to drive in with a vehicle, parking spaces are available in the ticket office area. The day tickets cost €50 each, there is no garbage deposit.

  • Tickets

The pre-sale tickets are sent digitally by e-mail, only the QR code is required for check-in. This can be verified by smartphone at the entrance, a printout is not required. The tickets are not personalised, they can be passed on. If you are offered tickets by others, please make sure they are from a trustworthy source. The QR code expires when redeemed at the entrance. We do not accept any liability for tickets that have been passed on.

  • Presale

Our presale ends on June, 21st. at 11:59 p.m. Please note that from the 15th of June, we only offer Klarna and credit card payment, otherwise the tickets will not get to you on time. Please have the QR code and the €10 rubbish deposit ready at the entrance.

  • Water

We have several deep wells on the site, the water is of drinking water quality and has been approved by the health department. There are tapping points both in the shop street and at the showers.
